Barracuda Kayaks Exchange Policy

At Barracuda Kayaks we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. If you need to exchange your kayak please review our exchange policy below:

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date
  • The item must be in new, unused condition
  • Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges


Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised items
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Clearance or Sale items


Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service team at barracudakayaks1990@gmail.com or call 021 620 699 to initiate the exchange process
  • Provide the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange
  • Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange
  • If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs


Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria
  • If the item is approved for exchange, we will process the new item and ship it to you within 5 working days
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the new item has been shipped


Availability of Stock

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock
  • If the requested item is not available, our customer service team will notify you and provide options for an alternative item or a refund
  • We recommend checking the availability of the item you wish to exchange before initiating the exchange process
